Stock up on some of the most delicious pork that is humanely raised on our farm. We raise our pigs on pasture and supplement their feed with certified organic grains. No antibiotics, hormones or GMOs! Your support helps us be the best ecological and humane stewards we can be by planting cover crops, practice rotational grazing, and allowing pigs to be pigs. We feed our pigs the best of the best so you can count on the highest quality pork to yourself and family.

Our pork lover’s box is comparable to a quarter pig (28+ lbs of finished cuts) and costs $275. We’ll save you the trouble of figuring out butcher cut sheets and you can plan on what exactly you will receive. We ask for a $125 non-refundable deposit (this helps us cover our farming season expenses) and then the remaining $150 will be due when you receive your box. Interested in saving us CC fees? We also accept deposits through Venmo (@willothewinds), Paypal (willothewinds@gmail.com) and check. Just select the form of deposit as you check out. No deposits are final until payment is received.

Pork Lover’s Box

  • 4 lbs bacon

  • 3 packs pork chops (6 total)

  • 5 lbs plain ground pork and breakfast sausage or Italian sausage

  • 3 lbs shoulder roast

  • 2 packages steaks (4 total)

  • 3 lbs smoked ham

  • 1 pack spare ribs or a smoked shank

  • 2 packages smoke ham steaks

This year’s pigs will be processed at Lake Haven Meats in Sturgeon Lake, Minn. We anticipate on assembling the boxes in mid and late December and boxes can be picked up on-farm or by pre-arranged home delivery. If you would like to have the pork delivered to you, please mention that in the comments section when you check out.

As it has been a difficult year for us, there is a chance we may take a break in 2025 from raising pigs for bulk meat. Farming is ever evolving and we do not know at this time what our plans will be. We just wanted to note it here for you.
